She is survived by: her children, Scott Michaels, Phillip Michaels (Cassandra) and Valerie Dustman (Ronald); her grandchildren, Scott Jr. (Rachelle), RJ, Allan, Joshua, Ryleigh and Reagan; and her great grandchild Alex.
