He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DeCarolis and Rosemary DeCarolis. He is survived by: his children, Diaga DeCarolis, Nina DeCarolis (Jerry Benwitz), Anthony DeCarolis and Cassidy DeCarolis; his grandchildren, Jayda, Masyn, Ciyara, Mia, Gianna and Jordyn; and his friend Lorie Palumbo.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc. (219 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Wilmot Cancer Center, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642 in his memory.
