He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A, Jr. and Evelyn M. Copeland; and his siblings, Craig Copeland and Mary Helland. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Stark and Beth Anne Cline (Jason); and his grandchildren, Taylor Stark, Collin Stark (US Navy), Carlee Turof and Alexander Turof.
