Richard Thomas Galvin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Thomas Galvin of Rochester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 16, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Thomas Galvin to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Galvin and Jane Galvin (Fitzgerald); and his sister Mary Galvin. He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine Merritt (Richard) and Patrick Galvin (Angela) of Oswego; his niece Rebecca Corrice; his nephews, Richard Merritt, Jr., Mitchell Galvin and Jeremy Galvin (Morgan); his great-nephew Tyler Corrice; and his great-nieces, Megan Corrice and Eloise Galvin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home (112 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the Good Shepherd Church (50 E Mohawk St, Oswego, NY 13126).
