He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving LaBaer and Ann LaBaer; his son Scott LaBaer; and his brothers, Jackson and Gary LaBaer.

He is survived by: his wife Myrna LaBaer; his children, Loren LaBaer (Joanna) and Victoria Palumbos (Michael); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Sidra, Talia Morchower, Max, Spencer LaBaer, Alec and Chloe Cooper; and his sister Gail Weitzman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
