She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Spatola and Elizabeth Spatola; and her siblings, Jacqueline Spatola, Anthony Spatola, Edward Spatola and Elizabeth Garren (Tizzy).

She is survived by: her husband Michael Lenhard; her children, Barbara Collins (Bill) and Todd Lenhard (Sonja); her grandchildren, Kyle Collins, Nick Lenhard (Alexsandra), Ryan Collins and Zack Lenhard; and her siblings, Gail French, Robert Spatola (Lorraine), John Spatola (Kathy) and Rosemarie Bielski (Richard). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Henrietta Senior Center Boosters, 515 Calkins Road Henrietta, NY 14467 in Gina's memory.
