He is survived by: his children, Conan Li, May Li and Edward Li. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home (1411 Vintage Ln, Rochester, NY 14626).
He was someone who held the bar high with his outstanding research, his mentoring of students, and his stellar contributions to science and engineering at the national and international levels.
