He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Getman and Gertrude Getman; and his brother John Getman. He is survived by: his wife Clementine Getman (Tina); his children, Kristina Getman (Stephen Goon), Jacquelyn Nicolay (David), Elana Parks (Nate), Kim Feehan and Jim Templeton; his siblings, Allan and Elaine; and his grandchildren, Brendon, Gavin, Chloe, Wrenna, Lucas and Evelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
