He is survived by: his brother William Schmitt (Joan); his nephews, Brian Schmitt (Anna) and Grant Schmitt (Blanca); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew, Dustin, Katherine and Ariana Schmitt.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leo M Bean and Sons Funeral Home (2771 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
