She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Helfer; and her son Philip J. Walsh. She is survived by: her son John D. Walsh; her stepsons, James Helfer (Betsy) and Jeffrey Helfer (Karen); her daughter-in-law Laurie Walsh; her sisters, Doreen Smethurst and Paula Sophoclides (Chris); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew and Heather Walsh.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609).
