She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Simmons (Mark) and Tiffany Radcliffe (Ivorick); her grandchildren, Jasmine, Mark Jr., Synffanie, Jayden and Micah; and her siblings, Mary Rivera (Ralph), Mercedes Vazquez Simmons, Alex Ortiz, Mateo Vazquez (Bonnie), Gabriel Vazquez (Rachel) and Devin Vazquez (Susette). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
