She is survived by: her children, Yaralize Valentin-Casillas, Yulianna Valentin-Casillas, Yianni Valentin and Giovanni Valentin; her parents, Tina Casillas and Mark Woodard Sr.; her brothers, Mark Woodard Jr. and Richard Woodard; and her grandmother Jackie Woodard. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice.
