He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Shirley Kalpin, Frank and Elizabeth Meleca. He is survived by: his wife Leah Kalpin; his daughters, Natalie and Lyla; his parents, Guy Kalpin and Phyllis Kalpin; his brothers, Evan Kalpin (Julie) and Nathan Kalpin (Jessica); and his nieces and nephews, Briana, Aden, Jaxon, Jonah and Knox. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
