He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn B. Goldberg. He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Linda) and Steven (Zilda); his grandchildren, Sara (Michael Bernstein), Zach (Narindur), Michael (Melanie) and Laura; and his great grandchildren, Miles and Theo.

A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 10:50 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Brighton Memorial Chapel (3325 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623). A shiva was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Home of Mark and Cindy Finestone (465 Warren Ave, Rochester, NY 14618).
