He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McGrain and Marion McGrain. He is survived by: his children, Michael McGrain (Vienna), Brandon McGrain (Stacey), Justin McGrain (Emily) and Jennifer Grobengieser (Drew); his grandchildren, Cameron, Ryan, Sofie, Isabella, Aiden, Carter, Eleanor and Emma; and his brothers, Richard McGrain (Cary Anderson), Patrick McGrain (Linda) and Roger McGrain (Rosanne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626).
