She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas P. and John Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Sharyl Murphy (Gerry), Shelly Parlato, Pam Foley, Tom Procopio (Rose), David Procopio (Martha), Marty Procopio (Karen), Steve Procopio (Bonnie), Donald Procopio and Todd Procopio; and her sister-in-law Ramona Procopio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Matilda's Memorial Fund via her brother, John M. Procopio, Jr.
