She was predeceased by: her children, Robert S Garner, Charles C Garner and Elizabeth R Decker. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Dallas (Scott) and Cheryl Garner Webber (Luke); and her sister Shirley VanAlstine of Hannibal, NY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
