He is survived by: his children, Brandon Perkins of Warsaw, Lynette Myers of Warsaw, Aaron Perkins, Allyson Perkins, Alexander Perkins of Rochester and Audrey Perkins of Seattle, WA; and his siblings, Daniel Perkins (Warsaw), Philip Perkins of Raleigh, NC, Steven Perkins (Warsaw) and Deborah Runke of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by five grand-children and many nieces and nephews.
