She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Melendez De Jesus and Concepcion Cruz Guzman; her siblings, Elena Melendez, Isidro "Songo" Guzman, Ramon Melendez and Francisco "Paquito" Guzman (Pinky Guzman); her sister-in-law Carmen Guzman; and her sons, Wilfredo Melendez and Felix Claudio Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Manuel Melendez Jr. (Linda), Aileen Claudio and Pedro Melendez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
