He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Shiro; and his parents, Margaret Shiro and Marvin L. Shiro. He is survived by: his siblings, Marti Shiro (Barbara), Lewis Shiro (Andrew) and Marci Boswell (Wayne); his brother-in-law John Perry; and his nephews, Benjamin, Christopher Shiro, Nathan, Tim and Tyler Boswell.
