She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Blatto and Genevieve Blatto (Greca); her former husband Ronald Church, Jr.; her son Marc; and her siblings, Virginia and Paul.
She is survived by: her son Scott Fabert-Church (Clark); her siblings, Christopher Blatto, Peter Blatto (Elena), Greg Blatto and Jennifer Blatto-Vallee (Gary); her grandson Collin Fabert-Church; and her nieces and nephews, Anna Blatto, Simone Blatto-Vallee, Ava Blatto-Vallee, Rocco Blatto (Victoria), Jonathan Blatto (Shelbie), Daniel Blatto (Jocelyn) and Nicholas Blatto.
