He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burlew and Doris Burlew. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Burlew; his children, Sharon Burlew, Brian Burlew, Gabriel Burlew and Becca Cusson (Jaymes); and his siblings, Ronnie Burlew and Joyce Jordan (Gary). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
