She is survived by: her husband John Chaffer; her sons, John (Jack) and James Chaffer (Jim); her pets, Lacy and Ollie; her mother Joanna McCarthy (Jody); and her sisters, Molly McCarthy, Kathy Clas, Ellen Rookey and Amy McCarthy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.
