We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2024, at the age of 87, Jovitas Ginas Skucas (Rochester, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jovitas Ginas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his children, Tomas, Andrius and Loreta; and his siblings, Donatas, Milda and Lina.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson (1075 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626).
In lieu of flowers, we welcome donations to the Rochester & Finger Lakes Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
