With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Josephine (Linehan) Sheahan of Rochester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 13, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Sheahan; her parents, Bridget Linehan and Peter Linehan; and her siblings, Paddy, Mary Teresa, Kathleen, Matt, Bride, Monica, Henry and Pete.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Regula (Richard), Daniel Michael and Marguerite Opett (Bill); her grandchildren, Julie (Glenn), Sarah (Mike), Christine (Robert), Richie (Genevieve), Alicia, Jessica and Emily; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Mia and Lucy; her close friends, Dorothy, Pat, Joan, Marie, Julie O and Bill; and also England.
