He was predeceased by: his wife Sabina; his parents, Zygmunt and Mary; and his siblings, Sophia Kukielka (Bruno) and Michael Jastrzebski.
He is survived by: his nephews, Jason Jastrzebski, Edward Kukielka (Elizabeth) and Carl Kukielka (Robin); his niece Michele Vander Beek (Jastrzebski); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kristina Moss (Terrence), Michael Kukielka (Ellie Petro), Andrea Riddle (Joey), Megan Duffy (Tim), Stephanie Thorne (Eric), Alexandra Rosell (Gregory) and Gregory Vander Beek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Stanislaus Kostka Church.
