He was predeceased by: his parents, John C McCarthy and Alice McCarthy (Flanagan). He is survived by: his significant other Judy Nittolo; his sons, John C McCarthy IV, Jim McCarthy (Sandi) and Michael Gruttadauria; his siblings, Brian (Patty), Elaine Sarkis (Ralph) and Karen Flanagan McCarthy (Paul Thibault); and his extended family David Mura. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; friends.
