She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy Parrone and Carmela Parrone; and her siblings, Vickie, Joey and Jeanette.
She is survived by: her husband Roy; her children, Tony Clinkscales (Bev) and Terri Siverd (Steve); her grandchildren, Michelle Trax (Dan), Ashley Rodriguez and Brittany Clinkscales; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Kate, Carly, Hunter and Dana; her sister Joyce Bennage (Frank); and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Farrell-Ryan Funeral and Cremation Services (777 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14612). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ (1529 Winton Rd N, Rochester, NY 14609).
Joanne was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ, & always found a way to give back, whether it be through prayer or donation.
