With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jantina Cornelison of Rochester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Thomas Lubberts (Arlene), Karen Przybycien (Wally), Joyce-Anne Glanzel and James Lubberts (Debra); her stepchildren, Justin Cornelison (Angelica) and Rebecca Lavender (Marc); her brothers, Len Keesmaat (Irene), Hank Keesmaat (Trish), Ike Keesmaat (Patricia) and Steven Keesmaat (Muriel); her grandchildren, Courtney Gaby, Karissa Lubberts, Jake Lubberts, Julie Collier (Brendan), Tia Attoma (Patrick), Megan Avelli (Christian), Zachary Lubberts (Katia), Cassidy Lubberts (Nicole), Claudia Zarmakoupis, Carter Cornelison, Charlie Lavender, Cleo Lavender and Elliott Lavender; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Wheaton (Jeff), Audrey Bradstreet and Mark Bradstreet; her former husband Herm Lubberts; her husband Robert Cornelison; her parents, Arie Keesmaat and Francyntje Keesmaat; her brother John Keesmaat; and her sons, Mark Vincent Lubberts and Steven Grant Lubberts. She was also cherished by Nine Great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Falvo Funeral Home (1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rochester Christian Reformed Church (2750 Atlantic Ave, Penfield, NY 14526).
