He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Vaccaro and Carmella "Molly" Vaccaro; and his brother Joe DeiSanti. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Vaccaro (Mary Lou); his sister-in-law Adda DeiSanti; his nephew Joe DeiSanti (Melanie); his niece Anna Frasca (Marco); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madeline DeiSanti, Joey DeiSanti, Lina Frasca and Mari Frasca.

In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome in Jim's name to Golisano Children's Hospital.
