He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hart and Kay Hart. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his son Brian Hart (Anissa); his grandson Kai; his brother Kevin Hart (Christine); and his stepsons, Christopher and Rian Litchard.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
