He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Karen; and his parents, Assunta Leva and Frank Leva. He is survived by: his children, George Leva Jr. (Beth Grier-Leva), Rebecca Smith (Brad Cook) and Edward Leva (Shellie Yussman); his grandchildren, Greer, Anna, Sophia, Hayden, Quinn, Talia and Miles; his brothers, Joseph Leva (Fran) and Gerard Leva (Sue); his sister-in-law Sharon Lucity; his niece Maren; and his nephews, Seth and Boston (Bethany). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
