She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Taggart and Mabel Taggart (Kent); her former husband Edward Petrusek; and her husband Russell Ward. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Michael (Chad); her grandson Eli Michael; her siblings, Nancy Specht, Maureen Bosse (Peter), Judy Johnson, Terrance Taggart (Eunice) and Thomas Taggart (Deborah); her pet Rex; and her brother-in-law John Specht.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bergen United Methodist Church (27 S Lake Ave, Bergen, NY 14416).
