He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Margaret O'Hara Sarkis; and his parents, Wadih Joseph Sarkis and Frances Dwaileebe Sarkis. He is survived by: his children, Gina Cushing (Grant), Gregory Sarkis (Ellen), Wade Sarkis (Joscelyne), Frederick Sarkis Jr. and Josh Sarkis (Diana). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.

Due to limited parking please plan to arrive at 11:30 AM for parking shuttle services.

Fred's family respectfully requests no flowers.
