He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Hackett and Patricia Hackett; his brother Leroy Hackett Jr.; and his son Matthew Schlosser. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hackett; his daughters, Melissa Torres and Sara Hackett; his grandsons, Jarrit, Dixon and Charles Hess; and his siblings, Lura Reedy (Jim), Susan Cales and Philip Hackett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
