He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Grant Van Leuven (Fernanda), Joy (John) of Montana, Walt Van Leuven (Mandy), Ann Frank (Steven), Michael Warner, Kristin Cipolla (Jason) and Matthew Warner (Medina); his grandchildren, Rachel Lemmen (Chad), Olivia, Abraham, Isaac, Gabriel, Gideon, Giulianna, Gaius, Aubrey and Vaughn Van Leuven; his great grandchild Penelope of Montana; and his nephew Michael Coddington. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
