He is survived by: his wife Julia A. Mendes; his son Derek Mendes (Zoe); his stepchildren, Lana Verschage (DJ) and Louis DiCesare (Leslie); and his grandchildren, Olivia Manske, Tori Work, Christopher DiCesare and Benjamin DiCesare.
