He was predeceased by: his parents, Kate Howe and Roger Howe. He is survived by: his siblings, Debi Chilson, Patty Kay Randall (Mark), Craig (Barb), Jerry and Dave (Pat); and his great-niece Cindy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
