She was predeceased by: her husband James Rafoth; and her children, Donald, Thomas Rafoth and Mary Gunderson. She is survived by: her children, Charles Rafoth (Michelle), Diane Rafoth and Jeanette Manfredi (Donald); her children-in-law, Michelle, June Rafoth and Terry Gunderson; her grandchildren, Jill Burnett, Eric Gunderson, James, Andrew, Liliana, Caitlyn, Johanna, Bryan Rafoth, Alia and Blake Manfredi; and her sister Bernadette Neu. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association in Doris' name.
