She was predeceased by: her grandson Joseph; and her brothers, Reda and Hagos. She is survived by: her children, Terhase, Semienawit, Abebe and Alda; her sister Allefesh; her grandchildren, Abraham, David, Helen, Lisa, Anthony, Normarys, Jomian, Norymar, Norma, Amaraye and Ermias; her nieces and nephews, Ricardo, Glenn, Biruk, Brehane, Ricky, Glenn Jr., Caleb, Kirubel, Genet, Sarah and Hlina; her great grandchild Novi; and her in-laws, Solomon, Felix and Lakeaya.
