He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Giugno and Jean Giugno; and his grandchild Joey. He is survived by: his wife Robbie Giugno; his daughters, Rhonda Bates (Joe) and Adrienne Hoffarth (Chris); his siblings, Michael Giugno (Andrea) and Donna Neary; his niece Kelli Jean Neary (John); and his grandchildren, Jonah, Adrienne Leigh, Christopher, Aiden and Dylan.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Roswell Cancer Center, 665 Elm Street, Buffalo, NY 14203, where John received experimental treatment in his final years.
