He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Peterson and Lillian Peterson (Eckburg). He is survived by: his wife Judith; his sons, Robert D. Peterson (Sandra Nagasaki) and Michael W. Peterson (Christi Marriott); his grandchildren, Nicolas, Alyssa, Owen, Liam and Aaron Peterson; his nieces and nephews, Kevin Ball (Jessica), Jeff St (Sherri), Justin St (Amy) and Zoahlynne Haake (Jesse); and his brother-in-law Jay St (June).
