He was predeceased by: his brothers, Doug and David Wandke; and his aunt Nancy Gill. He is survived by: his children, Lacey Arbia of Chili, Daniel Arbia (Brandi) of Leroy, Reece Arbia of Chili and Arianna Lissow of Kent; his sisters, Ellen Dutton of Perry and Sherry Lynn Gill; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jaide and Raiden; his uncle Clayton Gill; and his friend Rhonda Coyle of Kent. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 Goodman St. South, Rochester, NY, 14620.
