He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Di Ciaccio and Maria Fantasia. He is survived by: his significant other Jacqueline Malark (family: Brian, Kym, Jaylyn); and his daughters, Maria Lees (William), Anne Laureano (Alvin) and Linda Di Ciaccio (Daniel Turner).
