He was predeceased by: his father Dennis; and his grandfathers, Walter Lysy (Jane) and George W. "Boppa" Apthorp (Joyce). He is survived by: his mother Sharon Apthorp (Melissa); his children, Bruce, Michelle, Madelyn and Katelyn; his granddaughter Allison "Fussy Britches"; his sisters, Kimberly Wake (Kevin) and Amanda Robinson (Jayson); his parents-in-law, John and Karen Kleinhans; and his siblings-in-law, Brandon Kleinhans and Bethany Benson (Kenny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leo M Bean and Sons Funeral Home (2771 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
