She is survived by: her husband Joseph Kozlowski; her daughters, Susan Cicero (Jerry) and Karen Hamilton (Jack); her grandchildren, Ashley Caimano (Brian), Travis Atwater, Jenna Cortash (Chris) and Jacob Cicero (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Maren, Callen, Evelyn, Isla, Charlotte, Isaac, Atticus, Alena and Haleigh.
