She was predeceased by: her husband Roy. She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Kathleen) and Linda (Ken); and her grandchildren, Karla, Jeff, Andrew, Greg and Amanda. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Association in her memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Carol C. Chugg 's name.
