He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Berg and Caroline C. Berg; his daughter-in-law Sara Berg (Geddes); his brother-in-law Chuck Burkhardt; his nephew Michael Burkhardt; and his son Carl (Sara).
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Berg (DiBello); his granddaughters, Caroline Brooke Shelley and Samantha Ellabeth Berg; his siblings, Charles J. Berg (Mary), Eric W. Berg, Carolyn Burkhardt and Linda Berg Oriolo; his daughter Chris; and his son-in-law Steve. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
