He was predeceased by: his parents, James Caputo and Lena Caputo. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Caputo (Spina); his children, James Caputo (Kristen) and Annette Maddaleno (Anthony); his grandchildren, Lucia Caputo, Vincent Maddaleno and Rianne Maddaleno; and his sister Diana Czerw. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
