He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyman Levy and Sarah Levy (Camhi); and his siblings, Meyer Levy, Albert Levy and Sue Goldstone.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his nephew Howard Goldstone (Pam); his niece Sheryl Wilson (Bruce); his sister-in-law Lila Levy; and his friends, Nancy and Tracy St.
